Adam Biglin, President/CEO
Adam brings more than twenty years’ experience as an electrical engineering technologist to his role. To top that off, his experience includes an additional seven years of practical in-field expertise.Â
He gained recognition for his innovative design solutions in the fields of upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities, agriculture, potash, and mining. Over a decade at Calworx, Adam has leveraged his expertise to drive the company’s success in projects across North America and worldwide. His ongoing acumen has been instrumental in achieving this growth.
Beyond crafting design solutions that exceed client expectations, Adam also enjoys spending time with his family, especially in the summer. He also enjoys snowmobiling and spending time around a fire relaxing.Â

Justin is Calworx’s secret weapon. With over two decades of senior electrical technologist experience in industrial and commercial electrical design and engineering project management, he’s a valuable asset.
During his six years at Calworx, Justin Fleming has coordinated all aspects of the firm’s electrical and automation engineering business. Moreover, he has designed for multiple industries, including oil and gas, agriculture, mining, and commercial. Calworx’s status as a boutique engineering organization has allowed Justin to exercise an enviable level of consistency across all processes, ensuring exceptional service that surpasses client expectations at every turn.
In his downtime, Justin is either in the backcountry on his snowmobile or towing his kids behind the boat in the summer. Additionally, he takes pride in his family and loves coaching his daughters in their sports.

Bringing a full decade of business development, sales, and marketing expertise, along with over ten years of journeyman electrician and petroleum mechanic field experience, Joel’s approach to doing business is as unique as it is effective.
Excelling in communications and relationship development, Joel Heal makes it his mandate to connect with Calworx’s clients on a personal and professional level. Joel dedicates himself to achieving results and prioritizes customer satisfaction. He has a proven track record in motivating and building a team to achieve and surpass both company and customer goals.
When he’s not forging long-lasting business relationships and driving Calworx to new heights of success, Joel can be found with his family in a hockey rink throughout the winter. In the summer, they enjoy golfing and camping together.
